  • 3 grains hazelnut
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cm galangal
  • 2 cm turmeric


How to make / cook curry tempoyak Patin

  • Saute ground spices, lime leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass until fragrant.
  • Enter tempoyak and water, cook until boiling.
