Vegetable Recipes Betawi Ketupat

 

Materials :
     * 2 tablespoons cooking oil
     * 500 grams of papaya,peeled,

        (cut into matchsticks)
     * 10 stalk green beans,cut into 3cm
     * 3 tablespoons dried ebi
     * 1.5 liters coconut milk from 2 coconuts
     * 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
     * 3 cm ginger, crushed
     * 2 bay leaves
     * 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder flavor

puree:
     * 7 large red pepper
     * 8 red onions
     * 3 cloves garlic
     * 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
     * 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
     * Complement: diamond, fried onions and crackers

HOW TO MAKE:
  1. Heat cooking oil,
  2. stir-fry the spice paste until fragrant,
  3. enter the dried shrimp, coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, bay leaf, papaya enter didihkan.Setelah boil, and cook until soft,
  4. Add the beans, and chicken-flavored bouillon powder.
  5. Cook a minute, remove from heat.
  6. Prepare a bowl of vegetable rice cake filled with lodeh,
  7. Sprinkle with fried onions and crackers.
  8. Serve warm.
